Just contact Spotify Support and explain the whole deal. The fact that lots of other people are suddenly having the same issue sounds like there was some kind of security breach with Spotify. The hacker changed the email to my account.

Ok so I just got 40 notifications from my year+ old post. Is there any way that I can get my account back with all of my original playlists intact?
